Main characteristics and applications

High strength: capable of providing a firm and permanent locking.

Medium viscosity: The viscosity range is usually between 1200 and 2000 mPa. s.

Permanent locking: Designed specifically for permanent locking, it requires heating and tools for disassembly.

Preventing loosening and leakage: It can effectively prevent threaded fasteners from loosening and leaking due to vibration or impact.

Rust prevention: It can prevent threads from rusting during installation and subsequent use.

Scope of application: Suitable for permanent locking and sealing of threads below M36, typical applications include screwing in end locking of double headed bolts, such as cylinder head double headed bolts.

Appearance: Yellow liquid.

Initial solidification time: about 30 minutes.

Full solid time: 24 hours.

Operating temperature: -55 ℃ to 150 ℃.

Average moment of failure: approximately 25 N.m.

Average disassembly torque: about 30 seconds (N.m).

Precautions

Surface treatment: Before use, ensure that the adhered surface is clean, dry, and free of oil stains.

Glue usage: Apply enough glue to fill all engaged threads.

Special application: For threads with excessive size, the curing speed and strength may be affected. It is recommended to test their torque performance in advance. Not suitable for use on plastic.

Storage: It should be stored in a cool, dry, and sealed place at a temperature between 15 ° C and 28 ° C.

Safety: Contains methyl methacrylate, which is irritating to the skin and eyes. Caution should be taken during operation.
