Crystal dropper 3:1 is an epoxy resin material formed by mixing A glue (resin) and B glue (curing agent) in a weight ratio of 3:1. It is mainly used for crafts, jewelry production, and surface protection. It has the characteristics of high transparency, high hardness, and resistance to yellowing. It can be naturally cured after mixing or cured into shape under ultraviolet light irradiation

Characteristics

Proportional mixing: Mixing is done using a weight ratio of 3:1, which is one of the most common ratios used.

High transparency and hardness: After curing, a crystal clear surface is formed, which is hard and wear-resistant.

Excellent weather resistance: Good resistance to yellowing and not easily aged.

Easy to shape: Strong plasticity, suitable for various molds and shapes.

Applicable scenarios

Craft production: such as making earrings, necklaces and other accessories, it can also be used to make phone cases, refrigerator stickers, keychains, etc.

Surface protection: used for dome (curved surface) treatment on the surface of trademarks, logos, printed materials, etc., to increase the sense of three dimensionality and protection.

Home decoration: Used for surface treatment of art paintings, wall clocks, or decoration on items such as tiles.

Precautions for use

Safety protection: B glue (curing agent) is toxic, gloves and masks should be worn during operation, and ventilation should be maintained.

Accurate ratio: It is necessary to weigh accurately according to the weight ratio of 3:1. Incorrect ratio may result in inability to cure or affect performance.

Thoroughly stir: After mixing, stir thoroughly until there are no obvious stripes or bubbles.

Curing process: After mixing, it is necessary to let it stand for a period of time and cure it according to the instructions and temperature, or use a UV lamp to accelerate the curing process.
